The Florida Research Coast encompasses 
Indian River, Martin, and Saint Lucie Counties in Florida. 

Since it was announced that Scripps Research Institute were meeting with Florida Governor Jeb Bush to build a new research facility and office complex in South Florida called Scripps Florida, a sparked interest developed with the leaders of the Treasure Coast counties and municipals. How would they capture the opportunity to gain new research and bio-tech businesses only 30-45 minutes away?

They'd re-brand the Treasure Coast as "Florida Research Coast" and offer a better view of Florida just a little farther north with new golf course communities and economic development offerings.
